I have three daughters and the great thing with the Gap is that I can get them all similar clothes in their different sizes. Everything coordinates which makes it really easy when you are doing hand-me-downs from kid to kid. I especially loved when my girls were about 3 years old. Gap dresses are the BEST. Girly but classic and they hold up the best - wash well and still look new.

I love the Gap jeans - sturdy, comfortable, and stylish without breaking the bank. They make fantastic hand-me-downs.
While my husband prefers kids over the age of two when they can have conversations, my favorite is when they are still babies who want to be cuddled as I am more than happy to oblige.

My kids all had the little GAP denim overalls when they were younger. The girls' had a slight shirring in the front that gave them a feminine feel. There is nothing cuter than their round little diaper bottoms gently filling out the back side of a pair of overalls. Now they are 8, 11 and 13- and I still think their bums are cute, only now- in jeans and chinos! Just don't tell my kids that I publicly announced that theh have cute bums!

Both my kids (now 5 and 3) have been wearing gap since birth. Like you, I adore the tiny and soft baby clothes. At 3, but wearing size 4-5, my daughter is loving a dress I just picked up for her. It's soft as your softest sweatshirt and has polka dots (she calls them "bubbles"). Love.
I haven't been able to find pants for myself at Gap for a while...but wow have things changed for this season. Everything I try on suddenly fits (and not because I lost weight or grew six inches). Thanks Gap! -

dude. i buy stuff from gap online all the time, using my gap card. i get points (and gap cash!) for every dollar i spend. i had to return some stuff once that didn't fit right, and the lady at the gateway gap was super awesome to help me get it exchanged without a receipt (i'd left it at home. woe!) their clothes wash 99 million times and still look new. you get what you pay for with gap. their girl clothes are to die for (sorry, lor) but the boys clothes are cute, too. love their sweaters and leggings.

I have 2 kids, a girl who is 7 and a boy who will be 2 in october.. each of them is at my favorite age for them.. its always changing as they do.. yes there are things i dislike (attitudes and tantrums) but for the most part i try and enjoy it all since it doesnt last long..
we don't buy much gap (i need to start going to the outlets more..) but we got ahand me down pair of jeans that i loved... i'd love to buy my son some more as he just hit a growth spurt.. :)
ohh and your kids? freakin adorable! -
My favorite sweater and matching socks came from the GAP oh so many years ago. The socks have to be at least 18 years old and they have held up, sadly when one got put in the load of whites it turned orange and the other didn't turn the same color when I tried to do the same thing to it to keep the socks matched. I was sad.
I have to admit that I haven't shopped at the GAP in a long time. I would love to get a pair of their city flats because they actually come in my size (11) but they never have them in the store in my size and as much as I would love to order something online, I really need to try it on first because I just can't spend money and not know what it feels like and maybe have to return it because if there is something that I am worse at than organizing, its returning stuff.
My favorite age is from about 18 months-3 years. They are exploring the world around them and just growing more and more each day. -

Um, that last photo TOTALLY melts my heart. Well, they all do, but you know what I mean.
I just love GAP denim. Jeans, jackets, skirts. I have them all. :) But I need more jeans... and so do the kids... :)
And I THINK my favorite age is 18 months because at our house we call that 'the age of maximum cuteness'. -

My oldest two are 14 (son and daughter). Teenagers aren't so bad. I actually really like them but I am a sucker for a baby. Any size, any time, day or night, bring them on. I can't think of anything more joyous than holding a baby.
I have fond feelings for Gap because they invented (or were at least the first place I ever saw them) snap-crotch t-shirts for babies and toddlers. No more untucked shirts, bare bellies and cold babies. Love them. I still have the first one I ever bought.
I am a sucker for nostalgia. -

I luuuuurve gap jeans. They fit me just right. In fact, I'm wearing a pair, along with this top that I just bought a couple weeks ago. Comfy and cute? That's what I call style, baby!
As for babies (the real, infant kind), I like them small. If I ever have them I'm going to loathe the day they get bigger than 6 months. Ok, probably not, but they're just so cute and easy to handle when they're little!
(Oh and yours is, of course, one of the cutest babies EVAH.) -
Hands down, the infant stage. Oh my goodness, I can't get enough. I love me a clean and scented baby. I love it so much that if you let me babysit a wee-one, I will probably give the cutie a bath in the kitchen sink. And if
it's a boy, I will paint his toenails and see how long it
takes the mom to notice.
Each baby should leave the hospital with a velour one-piece from BabyGap. -
I adore Gap jeans. Just the cut of them is perfect - better than any other jeans I've ever owned.
My son is four months old and I love the 4-6 month stage so every day I feel like saying, "No, no, slow down, slow down!" It's like at 3-4 months they turn on - they're aware of more, they grab, they belly laugh... I just love it.
And, yeah, I tear up every time I have to pack up a onesie he's grown out of... he's my first, so maybe I'll have another some day, but you never know so each piece is like a few days gone. *sniffle* :) -

Oh, I love the infant stage, too. I really do.
And I love Gap's khakis so much! I really need to check out their toddler and newborn clothes - it's been a while.
(I can't believe how big your little guy is already. Then again, I can't believe how big my guy is -- and he hasn't even hit 3 yet. He's SO TALL!) -
I am a big time newborn baby lover. It is absolutely my favorite stage, and I guard my new ones jealously. I rarely let anyone else hold them and and so glad I nurse so that they HAVE to give the baby back when he or she gets hungry.
For my last little baby, Caleb, I found BabyGaps's First Favorites line. SO, so soft and sweet, they are perfect for lazy days at home when I don't need to get him dressed. They still look brand new, so I passed them to my sister in law, who is using them for her new baby, and will then pass them to our sister who just had a baby.
And...Aaron is truly beautiful - and at the entirely fun stage of walking, talking, giving kisses. -
I love the shirts I just bought my 5 year old. He loves them too and didn't want to take off his red softest shirt ever. Almost all of our kid jackets have been from the Gap.
As for the age I love the best? I love when they start sleeping through the night. They are young enough that a kiss and a hug will cure all ills, but their personalities are fully emerging.

Sometimes I feel ridiculous shopping at the Gap because it's all I'm already wearing! I adore their jeans, and their maternity section has been a godsend for me the last couple of months. As for favorite kid age, mine won't be born until January, but I'm pretty sure nothing will top those first few months--I've been waiting years to get those first snuggles.

I HEART the Gap. Totally and completely. Their jeans are the only ones that fit me perfectly and hug me in all the right places. And their perfect tees? I own too many to count. It's ridiculous, yo.
Also... your little butterlump is even MORE "Squeeeee!!!" worthy in his Gap gear... which, who knew that was even humanly possible. Sheesh, he's a cutie... -

I agree with several of your peeps. The GAP jeans are the best. I wear them until they are shreds. No really. I do. This weekend at a BBQ at our house,k I squatted down to take a photo of my darling twin grandchildren and rrrripppp. Yup, right across the butt. Nothing like a family moment! But I got a great shot with my new camera!

My favorite item from the Gap was a pair of flannel lined jeans I bought for my one year old boy - he wore them 'til he even told me they're too small. His little sister wore them, then it made me super happy to pass them along to their little niece this year too. Love love love Gap jeans for kids.
Basically my favorite age is pretty much the age their at. I'm sure that will change as the hormone start raging through their little bodies/ -
GAP jeans work for this mama body.
Favorite age, you ask? Pretty much whatever age my girls are at the time. I know; trite. But seriously, I love getting to know them.
However, just before they get their periods? You can have them. It's like the hormones are a BP well, ready to blow. Then they get their periods and become human again. -
I love the pictures!
I like Gap clothes because they're stylish but not trendy, if that makes sense. Just classic clothes that endure.
And my favorite age is actually 3. It's hard with all the saying no and rebelling, but my son can have conversations with me and is so sweet!

I love Gap's current black line. I try and branch out and add color to my wardrobe but I just go back to black! I love their jeans too...I'm short and they have Ankle length. We don't have a baby gap here BUT on trips I try and hit the store up but I have to be careful because they have SUCH cute clothes for my little's.

I love the Baby Gap. My oldest only wore BG (the good ol' days). I have a sunday outfit I bought for my oldest when he was 4yrs old. All four of my boys have worn this outfit to church over the years. Sunday (yesterday) my baby (who is 4 years old) wore this outfit to church. It meant the world to me...and only me. Most of all...it still looks amazing! I'm sure it's been washed a million times...honestly it looks new! (fab good quality).
Now here's the kicker....my oldest who I bought the size 4 outfit for...he's 14 years old and just started High School. Yikes.
Now I’m almost in tears...thanks for the mommy moment. Now I’m going to go buy a shadow box and frame the dang BG outfit! xoxo Julie (crazibeautiful)
Ooh…my favorite year is around 4 years old. Their still a baby but almost big-boy! -
I LOVE the gap. Their stuff is CLASSIC and it just fits my body well. I know when I buy something I am going to wear it for many seasons and it is going to last and last!
My favorite age thus far is 4/5 (the current ages of my babies) if you had asked last year the answer would have been 3/4 and so on... :) -

I love my long-sleeved tee from Gap; it's so soft and snuggly! And like you I'm a total sucker for the newborn curled-up bean phase when you just snap something soft around their sweet little grub-bodies and snug them close to your heart in a sling...aww...*sigh* I seriously stopped a woman wearing a sleeping baby at the grocery store today to tell her how it tugged it my heart and because That Lady telling a young mom to "enjoy it while it lasts!" Gah!

um, don't hate me if you get two comments from me. my internet is bein' weird. =(
my favorite thing that we have gotten at the Gap recently is Devin's jeans...they have a cozy material on the inside so that the jean material doesn't touch his cute chubby thighs. he is in need of a cute GAP sweatshirt...which is a must in everyone's closet.
you are good at making babies...why stop!? =)

oooh, I had to get in on this fun! ;) I LOVE the Gap for baby & toddler clothes. I've found them to be extremely durable. They hold up well, and most styles don't go out of fashion --i love all the classic looks.
As for my babies, I LOVE the 6-10ish month stage, where they just adore you and every little thing you do with them. -

LOVE Gap w/great big hearts!! It is the only store credit card I own, as I absolutely refused to relinquish it when we "pared down" our cards. I have short, stumpy legs & can always find great-fitting jeans at Gap, and sometimes I don't even have to get the short length!! My in-laws live in central IL (where there is a Gap outlet) and my brother lives in the Chicago suburbs (where there is another Gap outlet) so I insist on hitting both when we make an IL visit, since there's not an outlet close to me! We have some adorable pics of my son in some of his older sister's hand-me-down pink double-thick sleepers, easily the BEST purchase I've ever made from Gap!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Gap jeans and what they do for the body. Every time I put a pair on I think, "Man, these are so comfortable, stylish AND flattering".
Now as for favorite age of children...that is a hard one. I too love new born. I also love the stage where they start interacting and playing with you. Learning to talk and toddle is fun and exhausting. It is hard to pick a very favorite! -

I love Gap jeans. And only recently discovered this. And can't afford to spend that much on a pair of jeans.
I love preschoolers, as their nanny but not in a classroom setting. I love nine to ten year olds at school. They are so little, but so grown up. They get it when you are sarcastic, but they still need you for comfort from time to time. It's perfect. -

I can only wear Gap jeans, they know jeans.
My favorite age so far is nine. My daughter's personal style is emerging and it's hilarious!
